Reco’s Most Recent Full Bio for Media & Press
At 29-years-old, Reco McDaniel has accomplished more than many individuals twice his age. As a successful entrepreneur, Reco serves as president and CEO of two Atlanta-based marketing companies, C.O.D.E. R.E.D. Marketing (CRM) and Elite Profit Network (EPN). Coaching and consulting executives and sales teams on a monthly basis, CRM is one of the leading training providers for network marketing business professionals in the southeast. Additionally, through his disciplined financial oversight and business savvy, he helped build EPN’s independent sales force nationwide. To date, EPN has established hundreds of strategic partnerships with approximately 600 online distributors to deliver quality products and services to consumers across the country.
In 2001, Reco entered the marketing field as Independent Sales Representative with Excel Communications. He learned the business and quickly helped grow the organization with his creative, progressive and strategic ideas. Since 2001, he has created his own entities in CRM and EPN, proving to others that success is possible despite the economic downturn.
As a talented speaker, Reco is frequently tapped by corporations, non-profits, youth programs, faith-based organizations and educational institutions to share the keys of his successful entrepreneurial endeavors. He offers audiences a candid peek into his personal experiences and provides motivation and encouragement to inspire positive life changes and success.
Featured as one of the youngest success stories in the 11th edition of Who’s Who in Black Atlanta”, Reco is an active member of the National Speakers Association, both national and local chapters, and The Global Speakers Federation. He currently fulfills numerous speaking engagements across the country, transcending cultural and socioeconomic barriers with his messages on personal growth, spiritual fulfillment and financial stability.
As a leader and problem-solver, Reco is committed to taking tremendous strides to impact his local community. In 2008, he founded a Youth Mentorship Program, a pro bono mentorship program for Atlanta’s youth and young professionals. In addition to the Youth Mentorship Program, Reco also launched The Elite Cause in 2009. This program annually adopts 12 low-income families to provide resources – from food to gifts to other assistance – to ensure they receive the loving support needed at that time.
On a national level, Reco led the charge to establish key partnerships with The American Red Cross (Red Cross) to broaden the reach of The Elite Cause’s efforts. Most recently, Reco co-chaired The Elite Cause’s involvement in two natural disaster response projects in Georgia and Haiti. Energized by his commitment and charisma, The Elite Cause project team garnered hundreds of supporters and netted tens of thousands of dollars through in-kind donations and resources.
Reco resides in Atlanta with his wife Shanee’, son Reco Jr. and daughter Raegan. He is motivated by the teaching that “We are blessed by God to be a blessing to others”, and credits his success to his faith in God and obligation to his family.
